Whether you choose to stay in our motel one night or several nights, you will enjoy the modern, newly remodeled comfortable rooms and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Away from the main highway, yet centrally located, you will enjoy privacy.

Have your morning coffee on the deck or at the dock and watch the sunrise. All our rooms have private baths, are air-conditioned, and have cable television. Efficiencies and suites have fully equipped kitchens.

We offer several options so that you can choose the room that is just right for you:

Efficiency Suite: Smaller than a cottage, but bigger than a motel room, this newly remodeled two room suite is delightful, bright and roomy. Attractive full kitchen and dining area, spacious bedroom/sitting room, private bath, air-conditioned, cable television, private balcony with picnic table, and view of Pine Hill waterfront.

Available with 1 king and 1 double bed

Patio Efficiencies: Newly remodeled smaller versions of the Efficiency Suite featuring the same amenities and great private patios. Includes sitting/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, separate bedroom, and picture windows that look toward the waterfront.

Available with 1 queen and 1 twin bed or 2 double beds.

Deck Motel Rooms: Comfortable quiet rooms with a private bath located on the balcony or on terrace level with an attractive large deck. Picture windows look toward the waterfront. Cable television. Air-conditioned.

Available with 2 double beds, a double and a king, or a king bed.

Side Motel Room: Smaller room on parking lot side. Private bath. Cable television. Air-conditioned.

Available with 2 double beds.

2024 Rates

Reservations

A deposit of one-half the rental fee is required to confirm reservation. Deposit, less a $10.00 handling fee per room per day, will be refunded only when cancellation notice is received 72 hours prior to motel check-in. A 60 day cancellation notice is required for efficiencies.  On multiple unit rentals (more than one unit), refund of the deposit will be based solely on rebooking of the unit, regardless of when the cancellation notice is given to Pine Hill.  If a unit is totally rebooked, Pine Hill will refund the deposit, less the administrative handling fee of $10.00 per unit per day.

Boat slips are available for $10/registered day. Pets are not permitted.
